I think this lady is messing with me, because my mother went to the Mass DMV, and they gave her a printout of my records and stamped it. It clearly says residence:

Massachussetts. Date license originally granted: June
1992. There! I have my proof! I was a US resident at least 6 months before September 10, 2001! The lady looks at the paper and says "But how do we know you were a US resident 6 months before 1992? She's serious.
